Hyoungjin Park

Pianist Hyoungjin Park majored piano at the Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School. At Yonsei University Department of Church Music she majored in organ. Park did her masters in collaborative piano at Sungshin Women’s University. She worked as a collaborative pianist for outstanding new artists of Korea Collaborative Pianists Association and was awarded collaborative pianist’s award at the German Art Song Competition. Park was invited to Tonhalle Zürich, Tongyong International Music Foundation performance and many other domestic and international recitals and performances as a collaborative pianist. Park accompanied international award winners at the Queen Elizabeth International Music Competition, 2nd International Otto Edelmann Singing Competition, International Osaka Schubert Competition regionals, International Francesco Paolo Tosti Singing Competition Asia preliminary among others in Europe and Asia. She participated as standing pianist for master classes of Maria Chiara, Pier Miranda Ferraro, Kristin Okerlund and others as well as the standing pianist for the Daegu Opera House audition. Park is widening her horizon in Opera by working as staff for Seoul Arts Center production of ‘Don Carlo’ and ‘Die Zauberflöte’ and productions of ‘La Bohème’, ‘Don Giovanni’ and ‘Rigoletto’. She also serves as a coach at the Seoul National University Opera Research Institute. Park is a regular member of the Korea Collaborative Pianists Association, and the Musicamia Ensemble. She serves as the standing accompanist at the Seoul National University, the Korea National University of Arts, Hanyang University and Yonsei University. Park is currently working on her PhD at Hansei University.
