[FIRST ROUND]
Performances must be a minimum of 25 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes in duration, consisting of works selected freely by the contestant.
[SECOND ROUND]
Performances must be a minimum of 40 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes in duration, consisting of works selected freely by the contestant. However, the selections must include the contestant’s choice of one of the sonatas by Beethoven. No works from the 1st Round may be repeated.
[SEMIFINAL ROUND]
Performances must be a minimum of 60 minutes to a maximum of 65 minutes in duration, consisting of works selected freely by the contestant. No works from the previous rounds may be repeated.

[NOTICE]
1. No work can be repeated during the 1st, 2nd, Semifinal, and Final Rounds.
2. The repertoire chosen for the solo rounds must include one of the commisseind pieces written for the competition by the Korean composers Chung TaiBong and Hwang Sung-Ho. Each piece will be 7 minutes in duration and will be sent out to the competitors who pass the Preliminary Round by December 20, 2013.
3. All works must be performed by memory, with the exception of the commissioned pieces by the Korean composers.
4. Repeats will be left to the discretion of the candidate.
5. Changes in the submitted repertoire of all rounds may be made only with the permission of the Secretariat. Competitors must notify the Secretariat of any changes in writing no later than Januray 17, 2014.
6. For all rounds, the order of the works for performance will be decided by the competitor.
7. Performances times will be strictly observed. Performances which exceed the specified time limit may be interrupted by the Jury.
8. Every round of the competition is open to the public.
