\nCompetitor will choose one opera aria of the competitor\u2019s choice and the jury will assign one opera aria from the repertoire list you submitted to Secretariat of the competition.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

[NOTICE]<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. No work can be repeated during the 1st<\/span>, 2nd<\/span>, Semifinal, and Final Rounds. Only an opera aria assigned by the Jury for the Final Round may be a repetition of works performed in a previous round.<\/div>\n
2. All works must be performed by memory.<\/div>\n
3. All works must be performed in their original languages. Key changes are not permitted in opera arias.<\/div>\n
4. All opera arias containing \u201crecitative\u201d and \u201ccabaletta\u201d must be sung in their entirety.<\/div>\n
5. For all rounds, the order of the works for performance will be decided by the competitor.<\/div>\n
6. Changes in the submitted repertoire of all rounds may be made only with the permission of the Secretariat. Competitors must notify the Secretariat of any changes in writing no later than February 22, 2013.<\/div>\n
7. Every round of the competition is open to the public.<\/div>\n
8. The first, second and third prize winners of the competitions registered in the World Federation of International Music Competition from January 2009, will be admitted to the Competition without going through the Preliminary Round. In this case, the candicate should attach the supporting documentation.<\/div>\n
